Melanie Sodtka, Professor and Program Coordinator, Mohawk College
Melanie is a professor and program coordinator for Mohawk College’s McKeil School of Business as well as a Partner and Co-Owner of Latitude Business Group. She also is the creator and writer for her blog called Egocake. In her consulting role, she has worked with organizations such as IAMGOLD, Niagara Catholic District School Board, City of Hamilton, Toronto Community Housing, The John Howard Society and Angel One Network. She is certified in Professional Coaching from CTI as well as certified in Myers Briggs and Emotional Intelligence. She is also formally trained in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Program and also holds a MBA from Niagara University. Ayanna Sealey, Mental Performance Coach and NET Practitioner
Ayanna incorporates her unique experience as a successful performing artist with her performance psychology education to coach other artists, as well as athletes, to drastically realize and elevate their peak performance.
