Energetic and motivational, Nkechi is a unique powerhouse who captures the heart of all with a winning smile and authentic spirit. She embraces the value of living each day to the fullest and brightening the moments of those she comes in contact with on a daily busy. Nkechi is a Daughter, Sister, Wife, Great Friend, IT Executive, and Professional Bodybuilder. Most recently, in 2014 she founded Empowered in My Skin, and through her motivational events, lives out her vision of helping as many people as she can live more fulfilling and purpose driven lives.
Jully Black, International Recording Artist & Motivational Speaker
Jully Black is a true Canadian Icon. Named as one of ‘The 25 Greatest Canadian Singers Ever’, (CBC Music) she has been dubbed ‘Canada’s Queen of R&B Soul’ by her fans and peers. As a platinum selling recording artist, her music career has yielded multiple singles reaching the Top 10 pop, R&B and dance music charts. She has taken home multiple Juno Awards, earned many industry accolades and was hand selected to sing for the Queen of England. With her powerhouse vocals, hilarious personality and love of people, Jully Black is truly every woman.
Melanie Sodtka, Professor and Program Coordinator, Mohawk College
Melanie is a professor and program coordinator for Mohawk College’s McKeil School of Business as well as a Partner and Co-Owner of Latitude Business Group. She also is the creator and writer for her blog called Egocake. In her consulting role, she has worked with organizations such as IAMGOLD, Niagara Catholic District School Board, City of Hamilton, Toronto Community Housing, The John Howard Society and Angel One Network. She is certified in Professional Coaching from CTI as well as certified in Myers Briggs and Emotional Intelligence. She is also formally trained in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Program and also holds a MBA from Niagara University. She brings strengths in the areas of instructional design, development and program delivery in both technical and soft skills arenas to her consulting and leadership solutions. Her interactive programs and courses incorporate designs that meet the specific business and learning objectives of her clients and students, while catering to the various learning styles of participant groups. Melanie is married and raising two wonderful children in the Niagara region.
Miranda Malisani, RNCP, Nutrition Expert
Miranda is a Toronto based Nutritionist who is recognized nationally for her expertise in holistic nutrition. Her down-to-earth attitude and ability to cater her services to an individual’s needs has made her a leader in the field. Miranda specializes in creating customized nutrition solutions. Miranda has been a regular expert on The Marilyn Denis Show on CTV, for the past six seasons. Miranda has also contributed to many other media programs and publications where she has shown support for local, homegrown producers by showcasing a large variety of health food products to a National audience.
Ayanna Sealey, Mental Performance Coach and NET Practitioner
Ayanna incorporates her unique experience as a successful performing artist with her performance psychology education to coach other artists, as well as athletes, to drastically realize and elevate their peak performance. Having danced for over 30 years - including training at the Alvin Ailey School in New York City and performing professionally as a "triple-threat" dancer, actor and singer in Toronto (Disney's The Lion King and the Stratford Shakespearean Festival), Ayanna has taught hundreds of performers to get the most out of their performance. Through her work with the Center for Heart Living in Toronto, she now combines NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) with her work as a Mental Performance Coach to help clients go end deeper, to release internal or subconscious blocks. In this way, clients may unveil potential that they did not know already existed so that they may be freed to explore where that potential might lead!
Tammy Strome, Holistic Transformation Coach, Bliss Builder, and Body Love Advocate
Who are you and what do you do? I help busy women restore balance to body, mind and spirit so they can live each day with body love, vibrant health, meaning, joy and all encompassing success. I call this building bliss.
Why did you say yes to being a Speaker? I believe that everyone woman deserves to love herself and celebrate who she is and to feel she can live an amazing life. I connect deeply with the purpose of this ministry and mission of the workshops
Who is your biggest influence and why? My father. Who was there whenever he was able and never stopped believing in me and supporting me.
What is your favorite past-time activity? Spending time in nature or by water with my children just being present.
If you had all the money in the world, what would you do to improve the world? There would be no more poverty for anyone. Everyone would have food and shelter. I would save all the animals I could and put any resources I could into healing the world. The people in it and the physical planet.
You are 99 years old, and you have accomplished all your dreams. What would be telling yourself on today about what you did? Wow…. what an amazing life. So much love and so much to be grateful for. I did what I was here for you to have me do god. I listened and I acted. Thank you for having my number when I didn’t even know you did

Trying new cuisine from all over the world.

I would create debt release programs and fund Arts programs in schools.
You are 99 years old, and you have accomplished all of your dreams. What would you be telling yourself today about what you did?
You did it Ruth. You pushed passed the hard times, the hurt and doubt and it was worth it all. You chose the plan over the pain. I'm proud of you.
Angelique Benois, Emotional Wellness Specialist
Angelique has been in the Nursing profession for 17+ years. Her specialization is in mental and emotional health and she has worked extensively in this area, both in Canada and internationally. Angelique holds a Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Nursing, and is certified by the Mental Health Commission of Canada as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Recently, she received a Worldwide Leader in Healthcare nursing award from the International Nurses Association for her contribution to the profession.
In 2017, Angelique started to combine her extensive clinical background with her yoga expertise to create her own business, Nurturing Our Wellbeing (N.O.W). By combing evidence-based information and time-honoured yoga practices, N.O.W will "meet people where they are" – mentally, emotionally, and physically – to offer customized and integrated wellness sessions for individuals and small groups, both online and in person.
Angelique is the mommy of a happy, active four-year-old girl. One of Angelique's favourite activities is travelling the world to learn about different cultures.
